This year's award is for series five of the health show, hosted by Dr Christian Jessen, in which seriously overweight and underweight volunteers swap diets, and learn the shocking truth about their worrying eating habits. And it’s quite a night for the Dr Christian, whose other C4 show Embarrassing Bodies was shortlisted in the Best Factual Entertainment category.
